BRETT WOODCOCK
Director /Â Â Lead Project Manager

Brett trained as a 'Technical Electrical Apprentice' back in 2006, beginning his career as an Overhead Linesman, working on the electricity distribution network. He then went on to train as a Senior Authorised Person, on 11kV and 33kV networks. He gained a HNC in Power Engineering and day to day was responsible for running a wide variety of projects, including new site work, diversions and in house refurb schemes. He also spent time organising and managing KPI related maintenance, and refurbishment along with undertaking a regular standby position involving fault finding and repair across all voltage levels.

This along with 15 years in the industry, and practitioner status in Prince 2 Methodology, means Brett has an in-depth knowledge of Project management, from working with contractors, financial management of projects, equipment procurement, health and safety procedures and customer service.
​
Specializing in technical engineering projects, Brett provides Project Management services from planning to closure and everything in between. Ensuring projects are carried out on time, in specification and within budget. Thriving on logistical and technical challenges, as well as having a passion for health and safety.
​
Brett also coordinates all our CDM works. From creating Construction phase plans for third parties, reviewing and updating CDM documents, and providing specialist risk assessments for technical tasks.

EMMA WOODCOCK
Administration Assistant / Content Curator / Creative Design
Emma graduated from Nottingham Trent University with a BA in Primary education and a Bachelors in leadership and management. During her time in education she gained skills in effective people management, developing high level of communication, meticulous organizing/planning, problem solving, time management and the ability to quickly adjust to new conditions, situations or environments.

After 5 years in the the education sector, she decided to utilise her expert knowledge in leadership and management to take on the day to day running's of a M&E engineering consultancy company. Her skills enabled her to seamlessly integrate within the team and streamline processes ensuring business efficiency and customer satisfaction.
From her studies and continued hobby in at and photography, along with her interest for interior design, she strives to find the creative edge in her work processes. Visualizing a project from a practical and visual stand point.

Emma started BW Project Services with Husband Brett, providing valuable knowledge in the running of a consultancy company to help start and maintain a successful business.
